What is the best way to prepare Sweet Earths Seitan Strips?
Sweet Earths Seitan Strips can easily be prepared on the stovetop or in the microwave.
Microwave: Remove the Seitan Strips from the bag and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on a high heat for 30-40 seconds until cooked all the way through (minimum internal temperature 165F). Leave to cool for 1 minute before tucking in.
Stovetop: Add a drizzle of oil to a pan. Place on a medium heat until cooked through (minimum internal temperature 165F).
Do not refreeze. Consume or freeze within 4 days of opening.
